Study suggests how to improve employee proficiency with AI

2024-06-29T10:01:00

(BPT) – Have you set your employees up for success? While you may think you’ve given them all the tools needed to perform proficiently, if generative AI (GenAI) isn’t one of them, employees are operating at a disadvantage and you risk falling behind.

How can GenAI help your employees? According to Coveo’s EX Industry Report, “Can Generative AI Empower Employees to Do More on Their Own?” 40% of U.S. and U.K. employees think GenAI can help them find things faster by personalizing their intranet use.

The report’s findings provide other powerful insights into what employees want from workplace GenAI. Check out these six findings and the key takeaways you can implement at your organization.

1. Humans preferred

Employees continue to be the foundation of a great customer experience. Even when customers prefer self-service, 64% of them say the experience would be improved if they had a human on standby should something go wrong.

Key takeaway: Using GenAI isn’t about replacing human employees. Rather, it’s a tool that enables customers and employees to improve the customer experience and their own proficiency.

2. Lacking the right information at work leads to frustration and burnout

When employees can’t find the answers or resources they need to do their job, dissatisfaction is sure to follow. According to the study, one-third (34%) reported frustration and burnout due to inadequate tools. Also, 30% felt less confident in their work quality and information-sharing skills.

Key takeaway: Customers want information, so it’s imperative to empower your employees to give them accurate answers. Tools like GenAI-powered search can enhance your workforce’s capability, ultimately decreasing employees’ frustration, fatigue and turnover.

3. Knowledge of GenAI workplace policies is limited

Do you have a GenAI policy in place, and are your employees aware of it? Nearly 60% of respondents in the U.S. and U.K. said their workplace lacked a GenAI policy or they were unaware of one. Interestingly, awareness was highest among executive and senior management (75%), while junior staff at the largest organizations were least likely to be informed.

Key takeaway: If you don’t have a GenAI workplace policy, it’s time to create one. Many publicly available GenAI tools can expose organizations to risks from security, IP, hallucinations and more. It’s important for employees to know how to benefit from GenAI while protecting your brand, themselves and your customers. Once you have a policy, it’s vital that everyone in the company in every department is informed about the policy.

4. Is it a hallucination or not? Employees often can’t tell if they’ve encountered a GenAI hallucination.

Hallucinations are convincing, inaccurate answers generated by AI, and they’re more common than you may think. One-quarter of survey respondents said they had encountered a hallucination, while almost a third were unsure. Hallucinations can potentially bog down employees with inaccurate information that they may pass on to clients.

Key takeaway: GenAI workplace training can help employees spot hallucinations and protect your company’s integrity. You can take it a step further by providing your workforce with a trusted GenAI platform vetted by your organization that is known to provide accurate information. Who are large enterprises trusting? Many are using AI platforms like Coveo’s that leverage more than a decade of AI experience to help bring search, recommendations, personalization and now generative answering to every point of the employee experience.

5. Employees are keeping guardrails up due to a lack of trust in GenAI tools

Employees are curious about GenAI, but they have their misgivings. Because of hallucinations and a general lack of trust in GenAI tools, employees are wasting valuable time checking AI-generated answers. In fact, over one-third always fact-check generated answers. Staff and management trust enterprise-approved tools more than public ones but still fact-check.

Key takeaway: Help your employees become familiar with uses for GenAI at the workplace and provide them with tools they can trust. By doing so, they’ll be less likely to waste time double-checking AI-generated answers and more time serving customers.

6. While companies evaluate GenAI tools, employees are forging ahead using publicly available (and potentially untrustworthy) tools

If your company hasn’t selected and implemented GenAI tools, you risk your employees using non-permitted tools on their own. How prevalent is non-permitted tool use? According to the report, the phenomenon was shockingly highest among IT personnel (24%) and executive leadership or software development (21%).

Key takeaway: Given the prevalent use of GenAI among executives and tech-savvy workers, companies must clarify the rules and risks around the use of public generative tools. To avoid the risk altogether, organizations should consider leveraging tools that meet the security, accuracy and relevance that will benefit employees and deliver measurable business results.

Enable your people or risk being left behind

It’s clear that implementing GenAI tools in your organization is paramount to staying relevant in today’s fiercely competitive digital arena, where employee and customer expectations have changed. If you’re not leveraging AI today, you are choosing to compete against it. And if you don’t enable your people with the right tools to be successful at their jobs, you run the risk of them using unsafe tools on their own. If you’re hesitant to do so because you think it will require a complete overhaul of your existing intranet, think again.

You don’t need to overhaul your tech stack to empower your employees to work more effectively and productively using AI. There are flexible and composable tools like the Coveo AI Platform that can integrate with the tools you already use, and the tangible business results you can track will be worth the investment. 5 tips to make your move easier and more fun

2024-06-28T12:01:00

(BPT) – Is a move on the horizon for you? You’re not alone. The U.S. Census reports 26 million Americans moved in 2023.1 That’s a lot of boxes getting packed nationwide! For many people, moving into a new home is a time for exciting beginnings, fresh starts and sunny horizons. The key to making the most of it is to get organized. Scotch™ Brand gets it — and knows how important it is to ensure your boxes arrive safely, just as you packed them.

TV personality and Scotch™ Brand partner, Susie Evans, is here to offer five of her best tips for a smooth, successful and fun move.

1. Label your boxes

I have moved A LOT — even to Japan — and I’ve found that the key to any successful move is staying organized. I always start by labeling and categorizing each box into different groups such as “kitchen” or “bathroom.” Then I pack similar items and include a summary of the contents of what is in each box. This helps to slow down the unpacking process and keep things in order for when it’s time to unpack.

Once all boxes are packed, reach for Scotch® Heavy Duty Packaging Tape to secure moving boxes. It’s built with ultimate strength to guarantee boxes stay sealed* — all you need is one strip to get the job done right. For heavier boxes, use Scotch® Tough Grip Packaging Tape to seal moving boxes containing up to 80 pounds of weight.

2. Pre-pack your essentials

Use a special box to pack all your essentials for the first week in your new place. This includes your toiletries, any prescription meds or supplements, and a week’s worth of clothes. That way, you won’t be sifting through unpacked boxes searching for socks and face wash, and you can concentrate on decorating.

3. Take reference photos of your old space

While you’re excited to style your new digs, sometimes you just love how something looked in your old home and want to bring that vibe into your next one! Take a reference photo so you can look back and re-create the look in your new home.

Also, for all my fellow renters! This is really important to do at the move-in, too! If there is a security deposit involved, you’re going to want photos (labeled with the date) to prove it looks just as perfect when you moved out as when you moved in.

4. Downsize!

Don’t be afraid to get rid of things along the way. Before you pack, go through every room and remove unused or unnecessary items that you wish to donate. My rule of thumb is, if you haven’t worn it in a year, it is time to say goodbye. You’ll have less to pack, and you won’t feel frustrated or rushed as you unpack. Downsizing also allows you to start life in your new space with a clean slate.

Have extra boxes lying around? Use Scotch® Box Lock™ Packaging Tape to instantly seal your donated items inside recycled boxes or boxes being reused, so they can transfer safely to your local donation center.

5. Order in

The very last thing that I want to do on move-in day is cook! I opt for DoorDash and use it as an opportunity to scope out the local restaurant scene in my new neighborhood. Order in and save the cooking for the following week.

No matter how big or small your move is, Scotch™ Brand is here to support you with your moving journey. For more moving tips visit and follow @scotch on Instagram. Welcome home!

Reliability and comfort

“The couple of Airbnbs that we have used so far have been exactly as described in the listing. The most delightful surprise is the responsiveness of the host. I like immediate results or the ability to contact the host through cell phone contact. It makes my life easier.” — Nicole, Airbnb guest from Michigan.

Value and convenience

“We were in downtown Richmond, and the hotels were not as well located and ridiculously priced. Airbnb was just a better value for the location. It was wonderful to have a full kitchen, instead of just a microwave in a hotel room. I was having a stressful medical procedure the next morning, and it was great to have glassware to have a glass of wine and extra space to calm my nerves.” — Joanne, Airbnb guest from Virginia.

Unique experiences

“We sold our home and decided to travel the United States staying in Airbnb one month at a time. Our host in Oregon would cut beautiful flowers from her backyard and put them in a vase for us. In Arlington, Massachusetts, we stayed in a home built in 1835, right off the trail where Paul Revere took his midnight ride. It was so charming, and the host was so hospitable.” — Kim, Airbnb guest from Texas.

Space and amenities

“It was a beautiful apartment. Big and spacious. Better than the photos and description. Super close walking distance to Wrigley Field and the fun nightlife. You can’t compare it to a hotel. When you have a large living room, two bedrooms and bathrooms, a great fully stocked kitchen, and a pretty balcony with lights, it’s just incomparable.” — Sharon, Airbnb guest from Illinois.

10 ways to keep eyes comfortable during digital device use

2024-06-28T07:01:00

(BPT) – Do you experience eye discomfort, fatigue or dryness after working on a computer or spending time on your smartphone? It could be digital eye strain, which can be felt after as few as two hours of digital device use and has become a common problem. According to a new survey by contact lens manufacturer CooperVision, seven in 10 people report experiencing symptoms associated with digital eye strain, with more than half of those saying they notice it multiple times per week.

Woman taking a selfie while hiking in the fall.

It’s no wonder. Digital devices are everywhere — smartphones, computers, tablets, e-readers, even the television. Between work, home and entertainment, it can be hard to find a time during any given day when you’re not looking at a screen. The survey found half of respondents said they average six or more hours a day on digital devices, while one in four said they spend nine or more hours each day glued to their screens. Not surprisingly, most of that time is spent on a smartphone, with additional time on TVs, laptops, gaming devices, desktop PCs, tablets, smartwatches and e-readers.

What does all that screen time do to your eyes? In addition to discomfort, fatigue and dryness, other symptoms of digital eye strain include burning, soreness, teary or watery eyes, text moving or floating, blurred or double vision, and headaches. More and more people are making the connection between these symptoms and their device use.

“The data shows that screen time only continues to rise,” says Dr. Michele Andrews, an optometrist who is Vice President, Marketing and Professional and Academic Affairs for CooperVision. “People are aware of the connection between digital device use and eye discomfort, and are interested in solutions to combat these symptoms.”

Considering the fact people aren’t going to be putting down their smartphones anytime soon, what are the best ways to address this problem? Here are some tips to help.

Stay hydrated. Another reason to down those eight glasses of water each day. When you’re dehydrated, your body doesn’t produce enough tears, which are essential for lubricating the eye.

Blink regularly. Focusing continually on a screen can create a sort of zombie effect where we forget to blink. This alone can contribute to dry eyes. When you’re using screens, be conscious of this and remember to blink often.

Contact lenses designed to help. Many people don’t know this option even exists. It’s a new innovation by CooperVision designed specifically to help with eye tiredness and dryness associated with digital device use. The lenses come in daily disposable (MyDay Energys) and monthly replacement (Biofinity Energys) versions that use a single vision aspheric lens design called DigitalBoost Technology, which may help ease strain on eye muscles so the wearer can shift focus from on screen to off with less effort. They also feature Aquaform Technology, which retains water from core to surface without the need for surface coating or added wetting agents. It can make eyes feel less dry, even during times of reduced blinking such as when on digital screens.

20-20-20 rule. Haven’t heard of this? It’s a simple way to bring your eyes some relief. When you’re using a screen, take a short break every 20 minutes and focus on an object at least 20 feet away for 20 seconds. It helps give your eyes a reset, relaxes eye muscles and lets you refocus on your tasks.

Blue light glasses or screen filters. Blue light emitted by screens has been said to cause eye strain and even sleep disruptions when you spend time scrolling before bed. Whether they need corrective lenses or not, many people are opting for glasses that filter out blue light. While not proven to be effective, these glasses can be worn while using any device and may help reduce digital eye strain. As another option, there are blue-light-filtering overlays designed to be affixed to the screens of many devices.

Couple watching a video while on the couch.

Adjust your screen settings.
A too-bright screen in a low-light environment can stress your eyes. Many devices automatically adjust brightness depending on time of day or night, but if yours doesn’t, make sure the screen brightness isn’t too harsh.

Reduce glare. Check your overhead lights, natural sunlight streaming in from windows or any sort of external brightness that can cause you to squint at the screen to see what’s there.

Use lubricant eye drops. These can moisten your eyes and alleviate dryness.

Maintain good posture. Sound weird? Good posture does actually help with eye strain by positioning your body in such a way that it’s easier to look at the screen.

Talk to your eye doctor. Of course, your eye doctor is the best resource for help with addressing symptoms of digital eye strain. Be sure to ask for their recommendations at your next appointment.

By following these simple tips, you can help ease the eye strain that can result from all of that screen time.

How to increase the value of your car before selling

2024-06-28T07:01:00

(BPT) – Thinking about selling your car on your own? Although selling a car yourself can be challenging, it’s a great way to possibly get more money from your used vehicle than a dealer’s trade-in offer might provide.

Whether you’re looking to upgrade to a newer model or simply want to add cash to your savings account, your top priority should be getting the highest possible value for your car. Luckily, there are steps you can take to increase the value of your car before putting it up for sale.

Prepare your car ahead of time.

  • A clean and well-maintained vehicle is more likely to attract potential buyers and command a higher sales price. Spend some time cleaning both the inside and outside of your car to freshen it up, such as cleaning the tires, giving your glass a once-over with glass cleaner, installing new floor mats and cleaning the seats.
  • Small repairs can make a big difference in your car’s perceived value. A well-maintained and repaired car shows potential buyers that you have taken good care of it and that it’s in good, safe and drivable condition.
  • Organized service and maintenance records demonstrate to prospective buyers that your car has been properly taken care of over time. Make sure you have all of your car’s maintenance and service records on hand to show interested parties. A CARFAX® Vehicle History Report™ may also be helpful to provide additional details on your car’s history.
  • A professional mechanic can identify any underlying mechanical issues with your car during a thorough inspection. Addressing these issues before selling can prevent potential buyers from negotiating a lower price due to necessary repairs. It also lets buyers know that the car has been well-maintained during your ownership and that there won’t be any surprises.

Before selling, research and set the right price.

  • Determine the vehicle’s market value. Consider factors like the make, model, year, mileage and overall condition of the car to find a fair price. You can also easily learn your car’s value and could get an instant cash offer from a TrueCar-Certified Dealer through the Navy Federal Credit Union Car Buying Service, operated by TrueCar.
  • Market your car in the best light possible, and that means being deliberate with your photos. Park it in an attractive setting with good lighting. Make sure the car looks clean and avoid highlighting any dents or scratches. Advertise the car on various channels, such as social media, car sale websites or sales forums.
  • Don’t rush the process! You want to take your time to find the right buyer who is willing to pay the price you’re asking for. Be open to negotiation, but don’t settle for a price that’s too low.

Adding value to your car doesn’t have to be an expensive process. With a few simple tricks like cleaning, minor repairs and thorough research, you can maximize your car’s potential profitability.

While your car is up for sale, make sure you’re considering your next auto purchase. Apply your car’s value to your new purchase budget, then turn to Navy Federal’s auto resources to explore loan options and much more.

It’s a No-Brainer: Reach for Olive Oil and Your Cognitive Health May Get a Boost

2024-06-27T13:57:00

(BPT) – National Alzheimer’s & Brain Awareness Month presents an opportunity not only to shine a spotlight on cognitive issues but also to check on progress toward wellness goals. Simple dietary adjustments can help keep goals on track, and savvy shopping and easy ingredient swaps can improve overall health while boosting cognitive health — and olive oil is a key component.

Olive oil has long been known as a heart-healthy oil, and it claims a central role in the Mediterranean diet, which many studies also suggest may be associated with better brain health.

Olive oil shows promise

Research indicates that regular intake of olive oil may improve cognitive functioning and reduce cognitive decline when incorporated into a healthy diet. At the same time, findings show potential for olive oil to lower an individual’s susceptibility, over time, to degenerative cognitive conditions or dementia, such as Alzheimer’s disease. Worldwide, more than 55 million people live with dementia, which impacts memory, reasoning and, eventually, the ability to care for oneself. This age-related illness has no cure, and limited treatments are available to help symptoms and progression.

The National Institute on Aging notes that Alzheimer’s disease can be caused by “a combination of age-related changes in the brain, along with genetic, environmental and lifestyle factors,” resulting in a complex disease that will likely require treatments aimed at multiple causes. Plus, changes in the brain often occur well before symptoms become fully apparent, which suggests that early intervention and prevention could be critical to slowing onset or progression of disease.

One comprehensive literature review of studies that analyze the role of extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) in Alzheimer’s disease “advocates incorporating EVOO and its derivatives into diets as a proactive measure for neurological health.” Olive oil’s natural antioxidants have anti-inflammatory properties and are thought to have protective effects on cells at risk of oxidative damage. As inflammation and cellular damage are often among the underlying causes of disease, the biological properties of olive oil may give the body — and the brain — a natural boost in its defense.

Making a simple swap

Consumers can take better control of their health by incorporating olive oil as part of a healthy diet, and it takes just one quick and simple swap at the grocery store and at home. Studies have shown that when consumed raw, olive oil benefits heart health in a way other oils may not. Olive oil can also be substituted for other cooking oils and fats, like butter, in virtually any preparation. Its stability at higher temperatures makes it ideal for sauteing, frying, roasting, grilling and baking, but its health benefits shine through most in fresher applications, such as in dressings, dipping sauces and even smoothies.

Further, high-quality olive oils are readily available at supermarkets from coast to coast. Filippo Berio, for instance, offers a full range of EVOO, including organic, sustainable and different flavor varietals.

This year, Filippo Berio has entered into an exclusive partnership with the Alzheimer’s Drug Discovery Foundation, making a meaningful difference in the lives of millions affected by Alzheimer’s. This collaboration seeks to educate the public on the benefits of lifestyle changes, including a healthy diet, that can positively impact brain health, empowering consumers to make informed choices.

Small changes can make big impacts to overall well-being, including cognitive health, and it’s never too late to start.

Are you digitally impatient? New online shopping survey finds we all are

2024-06-27T12:01:00

(BPT) – By Lisa Grayston, general manager of commerce, Coveo

What do consumers want from an online shopping experience? What are retailers doing right? What are they getting wrong? For the fourth year, Coveo conducted a study to take the pulse of the industry. In our 2024 Commerce Industry Report, “With Overwhelming Choice, What Really Drives Shopper Purchase Decisions?” we outline our findings. Some of what we discovered might surprise you. Hint: It has to do with digital impatience.

Just a decade ago, digital impatience didn’t exist. We were more than happy to wait a few minutes while our computers fired up and were delighted by the ability to search for things online (no matter how clunky the search was). But today? Everyone has a smartphone. You want something? It’s quite literally in the palm of your hand and can be on your doorstep the same day. Not sure which movie you want to stream this weekend? Netflix has your back with personalized recommendations just for you based on what you’ve previously watched.

That’s what consumers expect today. Not merely having their needs met immediately, but having those needs and wants anticipated. When we don’t get this personalized experience? The result is digital impatience.

It’s important to retailers because, if they’re not delivering a personalized, tailored experience that delivers relevant results quickly, consumers can go elsewhere with the click of a mouse or the tap of a finger.

With that in mind, here are the top four shopper issues and trends we found in the 2024 Commerce Industry Report, along with takeaways for retailers.

1. Consumers have high expectations for online experiences but aren’t satisfied. Almost all consumers, 91%, expect online shopping experiences to match or exceed in-store experiences, but almost half, 49%, say they still encounter problems online. They find sites are slow, have too many choices, and are difficult to search or filter down to what they’re looking for. In short, it’s frustrating.

Key takeaway: Shoppers want retailers to rethink product discovery with a healthy dose of AI to streamline their path to purchase: injecting an intelligence layer into a site that provides them with personalized search suggestions, dynamic filters that adjust to each request, and generative AI that gives advice like a good store associate would.

2. Seventy-two percent expect generative AI to enhance their online shopping experience. People want pre-purchase education on products and their attributes and many expect a virtual assistant to help guide them on their product selection journey. They want and expect ChatGPT-like technology as their personal shopper.

Key takeaway: Customers want retailers to showcase their expertise and help summarize and educate them about the products they’re looking for. A way to accomplish this is through a generative answering solution across all of a retailer’s rich content — everything from blogs, articles, how-to guides — to offer expertise and gain the shopper’s trust at the beginning of their shopping journey. Questions such as “what type of paint should I use for a children’s outdoor playground?” can easily be answered by a well-trained and grounded generative AI solution, which can then lead to a more efficient shopping journey, increasing shopper satisfaction and reducing bounce rate and returns.

3. Shoppers are open to sharing data for a more personalized experience … to a point. The survey found 54% of respondents are happy to share personal information if it improves their experience. Even more, 65%, said they will do so for brands they trust, or if they get better deals and offers as a result. That’s a 20 point increase in willingness to share their information from the previous year’s results. But, it’s a bit of a paradox because this year, more people are concerned about how their data is used by online retailers. It’s clear there needs to be a balance.

Key takeaway: Retailers need to focus on collecting only the data that will enhance the consumer experience. Advanced AI personalization techniques that can detect a shopper’s intent as they interact on a site and do not require you to have a profile or login to be effective is a way to accomplish this delicate balance between personalized shopping and data sharing.

4. Post-purchase continues to be a problem and a big opportunity to win customer loyalty and prevent digital impatience. Admit it, when you buy something online and it isn’t right, do you return it or just save yourself the hassle and eat the cost? You’re not alone. Almost half of respondents have experienced a customer service problem when interacting with a business, specifically online with navigation and search issues preventing them from resolving problems or questions.

Key takeaway: This is about creating a better experience for the customer, before, during and after a sale. In summary, retailers need to up their AI game in order to meet customer expectations. A company’s brand and customer loyalty depend on it.

How a coalition of organizations is helping to Face the Fight

2024-06-27T06:53:00

(BPT) – Military veterans embody the strength of our nation. And while the overwhelming majority of those who have served our country are thriving, we must confront the fact that more than 125,000 veterans have died by suicide since 2001, driven by a veteran suicide rate that is nearly twice that of the general population.

Veteran suicide is a major, yet misunderstood issue that needs greater attention and resources. This complex challenge is influenced by multiple factors such as financial insecurity, trouble finding or keeping a job, alcohol or drug abuse, mental health conditions, social isolation and struggles associated with transitioning from military to civilian life.

The good news is that there are interventions proven effective at reducing veteran suicide risk and driving positive outcomes — and progress has been made through research and advocacy done by public health agencies and organizations like the Department of Defense and Veterans Affairs.

However, in recent years, it has become clear that there is a need for a movement to activate and energize private organizations to do more in raising awareness and resources to address this critical issue. Enter: Face the Fight™.

“Suicide prevention is complex — it’s a national crisis — and no single organization can take it on alone,” said Lindsey O’Neill, chief communications and corporate responsibility officer at USAA, which founded Face the Fight. “At USAA, our members and our employees see veteran suicide as the No. 1 cause to raise our hand in support and advocacy — to do as much as we can to join forces with diverse and knowledgeable organizations who are equally committed to making a positive impact on our military community and their families.”

Since its launch in June 2023, Face the Fight has attracted more than 175 organizations across the country to join its coalition with the goal of making a collective impact and supporting every veteran, regardless of their unique needs or challenges.

“USAA came to us with a vision and a strong desire to help address veteran suicide and really drive awareness that it’s not an inevitable outcome,” said Katy Dondanville, a clinical psychologist at the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. “Together we came up with a plan and with the leadership at USAA, Reach Resilience and the Humana Foundation, we launched this multi-year initiative focused on actionable solutions like expanding suicide prevention in communities to better identify and support those at risk and strengthening access to equitable and effective clinical care for suicide in community-based organizations.”

Face the Fight has seen solid growth in its first year because of a strong foundation, actionable objectives and a clear future-focused strategy. To date, more than $85 million has been pledged from USAA, Reach Resilience, the Humana Foundation, as well as private donations and other organizations. Through initial grants provided to nonprofits, more than 15,000 veterans have been screened for suicide risk and over 5,000 veterans have received suicide-specific interventions. Additionally, nearly 300 mental health clinicians and peers have been trained to deliver suicide-specific treatments and trained to talk to veterans about voluntary, safe and secure storage of firearms at times of distress.

“Our veterans selflessly answered the call to serve — and now it’s our turn,” said Sonya Medina Williams, president and CEO of Reach Resilience. “As a founding partner, we believe fully in the purpose and power of Face the Fight and recognize the tremendous ability — and responsibility — of corporations, foundations and other sectors to step up and help save our veterans from suicide.”

The small seed of an idea is forming into a powerful force with major organizations and corporations across the country joining in to lend their voice and their resources. The power of Face the Fight can be seen in the collaboration and the outlook that the shared team envisions.

“It’s with our partners — who all share the same passion to help our veterans — that we can work to destigmatize asking for help, raise awareness around veteran suicide prevention and deploy philanthropic grants that support programs that can change and save lives,” said O’Neill.
