(BPT) – Setting New Year’s resolutions is a great way to make positive changes in life, but sticking with them all year can be tough. In fact, more than half (54%) of people say they drop their New Year’s resolutions after 3-4 months. And, often times people are left with expensive commitments – like a gym membership – they wish they hadn’t made.
